Strada is an early-stage company, and I run every pilot conversation myself. If you apply, you're talking to me.
Strada is a camera designed for city fleet vehicles. As your crews drive their normal routes, Strada documents road problems and sends reports directly to the departments responsible for fixing them.
$0 upfront · Nothing for drivers to do · Start with a 90-day pilot
The problem
Most road problems reach Public Works the slow way.
Potholes and dumping usually show up as resident complaints, after they've been sitting for days.
Sending someone out to look takes people and trucks away from fixing things.
A vague address and no photo means a site visit before anyone knows what to bring.
What Strada changes
One camera in the windshield of the vehicles you already run.

Instead of waiting for a call, your vehicles find potholes, dumping, graffiti, fallen trees, dark signals and damaged signs as they work.
How: an AI chip inside the camera checks the road video on the vehicle itself.

Each report arrives with what a crew needs to plan the job.
How: every report carries a still photo, a 10-second clip, GPS location, a severity level and the time it was seen.

Signals go to transportation, dumping and graffiti to Public Works, without anyone sorting them.
How: reports are sent through your city's 311 system, and the receiving department needs no account.

No crew hours or truck trips go to inspection drives, and crews arrive knowing what to bring. Potholes caught early are a quick patch instead of a dig-out. Hazards can be fixed sooner, before they damage a car or hurt someone, and a dated record shows when each problem was found and sent.
Cost: $30 per vehicle per month, with $0 upfront. For a 150-vehicle fleet that's about $54,000 a year, with no hardware to buy.

How it works
Strada mounts one camera behind the rear-view mirror of each vehicle and wires it to vehicle power.
Crews run their normal routes. There are no screens or buttons, and routes don't change.
Reports go to the responsible department and appear in your Strada dashboard.
New types arrive by software update.
On real streets
The truck keeps driving. Strada spots the problem and sends the report on its own.
Concept footage. Detections and reports shown for illustration.
The dashboard
Try it. Filter the feed, click a pin and open the report, just as a city would.

The pilot
We're choosing the first pilot cities now. Run Strada on part of your fleet for 90 days and see what it finds on your streets.

What pilot cities get from us
Questions
Strada is in development. We're choosing the first pilot cities now, and pilots start when the first production cameras are ready. Applying doesn't commit you to anything.
Apply below. We'll set up a short call about your routes and how reports reach your team today, then plan installs for your pilot vehicles once units are ready. Applying doesn't commit you to anything.
$30 per vehicle per month, billed annually ($360 per vehicle per year), with $0 upfront. That covers the camera, installation, maintenance and replacement, cellular data, the dashboard, live view, the incident feed and automatic routing to departments. The price is the same for every customer.
A 90-day pilot on 20 to 50 of your vehicles at the standard price. If you sign on afterward, the pilot fee is credited to your first year. The full agreement is three years, with an annual out if your budget isn't renewed.
At least 20 vehicles that run regular routes, and someone to coordinate install days. Strada installs the cameras on standard 12 or 24 volt vehicle power. Drivers don't need to do anything.
Footage belongs to you, and only people you authorize can view it. Strada will never sell it or use it for enforcement: no license plate reading, no facial recognition and no tickets. Footage is kept in the cloud for 90 days unless you set a different period.
No. Reports reach the responsible department through your city's 311 system, at no cost to that department.
It records continuously, but its job is reporting road problems. A fleet already using a dash cam such as Samsara or Motive can mount Strada alongside it.
Yes. Waste haulers, utilities, transit agencies and other fleets that drive regular routes can apply. Choose your organization type in the form.
Apply for a pilot. It takes a minute and commits you to nothing.
